Rob Bernshteyn

Rob brings 15 years of experience in enterprise software to his position as CEO at Coupa. Prior to joining Coupa, Rob spent four years with SuccessFactors, the global leader in Performance & Talent Management delivered via the software-as-a-service model. As a member of the SuccessFactors executive management team he served as their global vice president of product marketing and management. Rob has also directed product management at Siebel Systems, where he contributed to building their Employee Relationship Management suite of applications into Siebel’s fastest-growing product two years after launch. Before that, Rob was an associate at McKinsey & Company and a global project manager at Accenture where he managed numerous successful global SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bryan Stolle

Bryan joined Mohr Davidow in 2008. He made the move to venture capital after a two decade career that began at Ross Perot’s Electronic Data Systems (EDS) with stops at three technology start-up companies, all of which became market leaders. The most recent, Agile Software, he started in 1995. At Agile, which led the creation of a new category now called product lifecycle management (PLM), Bryan served as CEO from start-up through a public offering and secondary that raised over $500M; executed on almost two dozen private and public M&A transactions; steered a major strategy shift following the bursting of the B2B bubble in 2001 that required rebuilding the management team and board and led to the eventual acquisition of the company by Oracle at a revenue run-rate that was more than double its peak during the B2B bubble. Bryan serves on the advisory boards of the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and on the boards of the San Jose Children’s Discovery Museum and Montalvo Arts Center.

Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Charles Beeler

Charles is an accomplished venture capital investor who has been with EDV since 1999. His primary focus is on companies with the potential to radically change the capabilities, cost/performance and energy efficiency of datacenters and enterprise computing environments. This includes companies in the systems, storage and cloud computing sectors. Prior to joining EDV, Charles served as a partner at Piper Jaffray Ventures, where he helped manage the firm’s technology venture capital funds. Charles gained early venture capital experience at Scripps Ventures, where he helped design and implement an early-stage investment strategy for a newly formed venture fund. Early in his career, Charles was involved with the design and implementation of healthcare IT systems at the Mayo Clinic, including Mayo’s first radiology information system.In addition to his for-profit boards, Charles serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Camp Chippewa Foundation, and works actively with several other education-based non-profits.

Charles received a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Brian O’Malley

Brian is a partner at Battery Ventures and focuses on investments in eCommerce, online marketplaces and internet applications. Prior to Battery, Brian spent several years at Bowstreet, Inc. (acquired by NYSE: IBM), as Director of West Coast Technical Sales and the Business Development team’s Technical Evangelist. Earlier in his career, Brian assisted founding teams at Matrics, Inc. (acquired by NYSE: MOT) and Compoze Software (acquired by NASD: ORCL) with go-to-market strategy and initial fundraising activities. He also worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s Center for Business Innovation, Pequot Ventures and was a web developer for Motorola Computer Group. Brian actively mentors students through several business school programs, including Berkeley, Carnegie Melon, Columbia, Stanford and Wharton.

He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics.

Jonathan Ebinger

Jonathan Ebinger is a partner with BlueRun Ventures. Previous experience includes VP of Marketing for Qwest Communications and senior level positions at Bell Atlantic Internet Solutions and MCI Communications. In addition, Jonathan founded and successfully exited Simply Savings, Inc., an Internet start-up in the telecom arena. Jonathan also serves on the Board of Directors of Jittr Networks, Availink, and Enpocket.

He earned his MBA from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
