Here's what we're looking for the software developer position:- 3-7 years of software development expertise

User Interface Designer
The role of the UI specialist is to "own" the user experience of Coupa's on demand procurement application.
Activities include- Reviewing coupa's existing features and user interface model/pages and recommending improvement projects
- Collaborate with product managers to define the interaction design of products and visualize new concepts. Develop wire-frames and design prototypes
- Lead UI design through the product life-cycle, from conception to final deliverables
- Developing a set of user interface standards for coupa and documenting those standards and then reviewing the application for compliance
- Introducing a personal touch and an element of branding including icon production and minor graphics work
- Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (html, css, javascript).
- Photoshop/ Flash skills preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of user experience and UI design, cross browser environments, client side performance issues
- Experience hand-coding standards compliant XHTML and CSS
- A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Service Delivery Manager
Service Delivery Managers are responsible for educating customers in both pre and post sale environments. This position is responsible for the delivery of training, implementation, and integration services for customers of Coupa. Working with the rest of the Service Delivery Team, this position often quickly assesses customer implementation needs, develops innovative plans to solve problems, and implement the plans to the customer's satisfaction.
Successful candidates must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Customer satisfaction is a top corporate goal for Coupa. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers is a top priority for this position.
Work is routinely performed in Coupa's Foster City offices but may also occur at our customer's sites across North America, travel is up to 25%.
Requirements:- 3 - 7 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Candidates should have excellent client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute on an implementation plan
- Experience with software in an ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, ACT, Oracle, SAP
- Working knowledge of and experience using XML, HTML, and SQL is desirable. Must be able to work in a startup environment.
