The Coupa Service Delivery team is delighted to announce that Sriya Innovations is now live with Coupa!

Sriya Innovations was conceived in 2003 to be a torch bearer for a disruptive biorefinery technology. Since 2003, Sriya has developed a novel, integrated, scalable biorefinery platform to convert widely available non-food biomass to sugars, fuels and chemicals.

Sriya Innovations is using Coupa to procure goods and services to run their many projects. The majority of their purchases fall in Engineering & Construction, Lab Equipment, Pumps, Lab Supplies and Safety Items commodities. They are utilizing catalogs, punch-out suppliers, and free-form to create requisitions.

The Sriya Innovations implementation covers the full procure-to-pay workflow via synchronization between Coupa and Quickbooks. Account and supplier data is synced from Quickbooks, and invoices are synced from Coupa to Quickbooks, They require users to create receipts to ensure 3-way match. Invoice tolerances are set to make sure they are paying for what they ordered.

Users rate suppliers to share their experiences and collaborate with one another. They use budgets to track project spend on a quarterly basis.

The total implementation required just over a month, and consumed just fourteen hours of Professional Services time.
