Customers received Most Valuable Player Awards at Coupa Inspire in London

LONDON – October 12, 2016 – Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP), a leader in cloud-based spend management, today announced that three customers received its Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards at Coupa Inspire ’16. One of Europe’s premier spend management conferences, Coupa Inspire unites industry leaders and peers to learn how Coupa has helped redefine the enterprise software industry through value-based disruption.   

Prior to the conference, Coupa employees nominated customers who they believed demonstrated Coupa’s core values and deserved MVP recognition in three categories: ensuring customer success, focusing on results, and striving for excellence.

This year’s winners and the companies they represent are:

• Ensure Customer Success: Peter Capp, Category Manager for Indirect Procurement Spend at NEC Europe. Capp aligned all NEC departments including IT, Accounts Payable, Finance, HR and Sales to integrate indirect expenditure in more than 10 countries in Europe, and tackled important issues to help drive business success.
  
• Focus on Results: Nikhil Patry, IT Application Manager at Swiss Re. Patry consistently sought to improve and achieve quantifiable results, by proposing new ideas, being results-focused, and cultivating the partnership between Coupa and Swiss Re.
• Strive for Excellence: Cameron Greenwood, Systems and Process Manager at Aggregate Industries. Greenwood’s vast knowledge of Aggregate’s business was intrinsic to helping the organization achieve its objectives in using Coupa.
