Coupa Success Consultants are responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to exemplify how Coupa Cloud Spend Management can be used to drive the optimal solution for their business. This process includes reviewing existing customer deployments and
suggesting improvements based on business needs, best practices, industry expertise, and market trends.
Success Consultants are responsible for Platform Demonstrations, Customer Training, Customer Analytic Reviews, User Adoption, Trend Analysis, and Customer Configurations. A Coupa Success Consultant is responsible as a subject matter expert and should have the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to develop creative solutions to business process challenges and develop strategies to ensure customer success.
Successful candidates will be able to present our solutions at a functional level with deep technical understanding, including the ability to discuss and architect business level configurations that fully communicate the value of true cloud computing.

Work is routinely performed in Coupa’s San Mateo offices or remote but may also occur at our prospect sites and include up to 25 percent travel.
Requirements:
3 – 7 years of combined implementation/consultation/sales experience
eProcurement experience is highly desired, but not required
Expense Management experience is a plus
Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience
with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force
automation software. Previous consulting experience with the following
applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, NetSuite, Great
Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced, passionate environment
BS or MS in related field from a top school
