Self Approval Limit

Users can now have a different self approval limit from their regular approval limit.

Past Due Delivery Notifications

Now, Coupa can email you when order shipments are late.  If your order has not been received within a certain number of days after the “need by” date indicated on the requisition, the system will automatically generate an email alert like the one below.

Internal Questionnaires

When creating a questionnaire, individual questions can be marked as internal so they will not be sent to suppliers on purchase orders or RFQs. Any question that is not marked as internal will be sent to the supplier.

Relative Date Fields

You now can use relative dates when filtering or creating custom views.

Visualize Approval Chains

The approval visualization shows approval chains as well as the management hierarchy and approval rules.

Bypass Management Hierarchy

When you define an approval chain you can check a box so that the only approvals required are the ones defined in the approval chain.
