Add conditions to filter the data in your custom view.

Any table, such as purchase orders or invoices, can be customized with the columns and sort order you choose as well as the filters you set. Show only the columns that you care about, and hide the ones you don’t. If you like, you can even share any view you create with the rest of your company or keep them to yourself.

Export Any Table to Excel

To facilitate integration and reporting, every table has an “Export to Excel” button right on it. The columns currently displayed on-screen will be exported. To export different columns, just create a new table view and click export.

Return to Search

Coupa keeps track of your location in any table. If you are on page 6 of your requisition list and you click on one of them. Hitting the back button will bring you back to page 6 where you left off.

Additional Reports

This releases features the introduction of several new reports, including the Requisition Line Report, PO Line Report, Invoice Line Report and Supplier Item Line Report.
