Rest assured, we have your health and safety as our first priority. Coupa and the Las Vegas Cosmopolitan Hotel have partnered together to create a safe environment for staff and attendees at Inspire 2022. All CDC and local health guidelines will be adhered to and we will employ best practices for safety throughout the event. Our main guidelines for attendees are listed below:

Full vaccination against COVID-19 is strictly required to attend Coupa Inspire Americas 2022 in person in Las Vegas, NV

All Coupa Inspire Americas attendees must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to pick up entrance badges. In accordance with CDC guidelines, attendees’ vaccines must be approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO). Unsure if your vaccine fits the bill? Conference area and meeting spacing to allow for social distancing

We will follow appropriate local and federal government guidelines for social distancing. Meeting rooms and executive suite participants will be asked to follow show rules and local guidance with respect to social distancing.

Actively enforced food and beverage precautions

Catering and concession outlets in Coupa Inspire Americas venues will follow health and safety precautions including adequate spacing to promote social distancing and responsible food handling. Stations will be placed throughout the Coupa Inspire Americas event space to encourage frequent hand sanitization.
