Coupa Named a Leader in Latest Forrester Wave for Supplier Risk and Performance Management Platforms
Coupa was named a leader in the recently released report, The Forrester Wave™: Supplier Risk And Performance Management Platforms, Q3 2020. The report evaluated supplier risk and performance management (SRPM) solutions from 10 different software vendors on a set of 24 criteria. The report emphasizes that the use of AI, third-party risk information (TPRI) integration, and support for communities are key differentiators amongst platforms.
Forrester notes that smart application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals favor specialist SRPM and vendor management software products over building custom solutions on top of generic workflow platforms. As well, Forrester research shows that the best SRPM products offer productized integration with external TPRI providers, process and content templates for common risk assessments, and AI-enhanced risk assessment and monitoring.
Coupa was named a Leader, having received the highest score possible in the corporate strategy criterion in addition to the top score in the performance management criterion. Forrester noted that Coupa’s solution “is particularly strong in supplier performance management, combining subjective assessment from surveys with objective KPIs that include comparison across all Coupa customers.”
