This week on our Spendsetters: The Road to Resilience series, we hear from Andrew Cieslak, Chief Procurement Officer, and Pamela Schott, VP of Third Party Risk Management at Bank of Montreal (BMO).

BMO is one of the historic, Big Five banks in Canada. Employee and customer safety have been paramount for BMO during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this interview, Andrew and Pamela discuss how they responded to the challenges of keeping people safe, productive, and informed during the crisis. It required making many important Business Spend Management decisions, from procuring PPE to providing spending insights to executives.

We’ll be debuting more interviews with BSM leaders over the next several weeks. In the meantime, if you want to learn more about building resilience, please visit our Resilience Hub for a three-part framework on how to get there.
