When I found out Coupa was going to receive a Customers’ Choice distinction for supply chain planning, the first thing that popped into my mind was, “I’m thankful our solution has been able to make the lives of supply chain professionals a little easier as they deal with unprecedented challenges.”

Since acquiring LLamasoft in November 2020, we knew we had big shoes to fill, and we’d need customers to trust us as we illuminated the future of supply chain design and planning solutions. The stakes were – and still are – high, and we believe that integrating the incredible foundation LLamasoft built with the Coupa Business Spend Management platform will only continue to unlock capabilities across supply chain, procurement, and finance organizations, to help organizations be stronger together.

Coupa received the highest scores of 4.9 based on 32 responses in product capabilities, 4.7 based on 25 responses in sales and deployment experiences, 4.8 based on 28 responses in support experiences, and 4.9 based on 31 responses in willingness to recommend as of August 2022, as compared to every other vendor included in the report.
