He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Coupa Receives Gartner® Peer Insights™ Customers’ Choice Distinction for Supply Chain Planning

When I found out Coupa was going to receive a Customers’ Choice distinction for supply chain planning, the first thing that popped into my mind was, “I’m thankful our solution has been able to make the lives of supply chain professionals a little easier as they deal with unprecedented challenges.”

Over the past few years, it has felt even more important to embody Coupa's core values: to ensure customer success, strive for excellence, and focus on results. Ensuring our supply chain customers’ success has meant striving to help them become more resilient while reducing costs and increasing sustainability. It’s not enough for us to keep our customers satisfied; we need to make sure they are equipped with everything they need to navigate supply chain disruption with powerful, effective, and easy-to-use supply chain design and planning capabilities.

We are grateful to our customers for this distinction. It is only when you are successful that we are successful.

To receive the highest overall score rating of any vendor in the report (a 4.8 out of 5), based on 33 reviews as of August 2022, fills us with gratitude, and will spur us to keep striving to make our customers successful in achieving their goals and satisfying their organizational missions.

Why customer success matters more than ever in supply chain planning

Since acquiring LLamasoft in November 2020, we knew we had big shoes to fill, and we’d need customers to trust us as we illuminated the future of supply chain design and planning solutions. The stakes were – and still are – high, and we believe that integrating the incredible foundation LLamasoft built with the Coupa Business Spend Management platform will only continue to unlock capabilities across supply chain, procurement, and finance organizations, to help organizations be stronger together.

Key themes: capabilities, integrated support, and ease of use

Coupa received the highest scores of 4.9 based on 32 responses in product capabilities, 4.7 based on 25 responses in sales and deployment experiences, 4.8 based on 28 responses in support experiences, and 4.9 based on 31 responses in willingness to recommend as of August 2022, as compared to every other vendor included in the report.
