Eric Tan oversees Coupa’s global business technology with responsibility for the internal deployment of Coupa's Business Spend Management products. Prior to Coupa, Mr. Tan served in leadership roles at PwC and EY.

Syed Zakiuddin is a Data Scientist at Coupa's AI-Center of Excellence. He joined Coupa after completing his Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Shoan Jain is a Senior Data Scientist at Coupa's AI-Center of Excellence. She joined Coupa through acquisition of Deep Relevance, a startup that used AI to monitor occupational fraud. She holds a Masters degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Avijit Mukherji is Head of CoupaLink Solution Consulting. He is passionate about Technology, Business Spend Management and making customers and partners successful.

Mike Watson heads the AI COE at Coupa, he has a PhD in Industrial Engineering and 20+ years of experience leading global supply chain business teams. Mike co-founded Opex Analytics and grew the company to success in the AI market prior to integrating with LLamasoft and now Coupa.  He is also an adjunct professor at two masters programs at Northwestern University and the co-author of two books (Managerial Analytics and Supply Chain Network Design).

Kiran Ratnapu, as Director, Data Science leads AI initiatives at Coupa’s AI COE where his team explores and builds AI products using the vast community data. He founded Deep Relevance, a startup that used AI to monitor occupational fraud prior to being acquired by Coupa. Kiran has over 20 years of experience in applying AI in multiple domains including Computational Genomics, Online Advertising, Finance & Business Spend Management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Jeff Collins is a customer-focused value engineering professional with more than 22 years of experience working with companies across industries to discover and realize business performance improvement and competitive advantage through strategic investment. He is a passionate advocate for partnering with customers to uncover high value opportunities to leverage technology and enterprise software, especially Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Mobility, and Cloud.

Steve Knapp has spent over 16 years in the contingent workforce management industry in roles ranging from professional services to management consulting to sales. He has spoken at dozens of industry conferences, published numerous thought leadership pieces and consulted to hundreds of Global 1000 organizations over the years. At Coupa he leads our Contingent Workforce team which looks to raise the bar of the CW industry and transform how external workforce is managed.

John Callan is responsible for product marketing and go-to-market strategies for the Coupa Spend Management platform. John earned his Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a dual degree in Engineering and Mathematics from University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Sandip Mandlecha is a Data Scientist with the Coupa InvoiceSmash team. He is responsible for designing and developing AI-based solutions to extract data from invoices. He has a total of 8 years of experience, with two MBAs — one in Analytics from NMIMS University, and another in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from University of Pune.

Hongyang Yu is a senior data scientist with the Coupa InvoiceSmash team. He is building deep learning as well as traditional ML algorithms to understand and parse information from electronic invoices. He holds a PhD in Automation Science and Engineering, and joined Coupa in 2018. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Queensland University of Technology, working on industrial automation.

Arne Andersson (Ph.D. in Computer Science) is VP of engineering at Coupa Software. He was one of the founders of Trade Extensions, now Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO). Apart from 20+ years in advanced eSourcing, he has an academic background within algorithms and optimization. He has been Chair Professor and Head of Department of Information Technology at Uppsala University. Arne is a member of The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, and he serves in the program committee for Information, Communication & Systems Technologies in the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research.
