Jonathan is a sales strategist at Pendo that has spent the last 15 years working in digital transformation, organizational effectiveness and product management. Today he uses this diverse experience to help clients succeed with Pendo Adopt as they apply the platform to their diverse Digital Adoption needs.

In this role as Head of Product, Ray works with clients, regimes, technologist and partners around the globe creating solutions to real problems in the ever-changing landscape of Transactional Taxes and Compliance. Ray is passionate about building customer obsessed teams who deliver world class products above all else.

Abigail Myers-Antiaye is Coupa’s Senior Product Compliance Manager. After receiving her Law LLB (Hons) Degree from University of Nottingham, she studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University London in Holborn. For over five years, she has worked in Product Compliance with a specific focus on Invoicing and Global Indirect Tax Compliance, and has significant experience with helping companies understand and implement invoicing solutions in line with indirect tax rules.
