DXchange Coupa Connector is powered by DXchange Integration Cloud, which uses a model-driven architecture which provides flexibility to connect with disparate systems in a heterogeneous environment using consistent, model base components. It uses a click and configure approach on a no-code interface, which leads to faster development, without the involvement of IT as we believe that best-in-class business results are easier to deliver when the whole user community can use the platform equally. The platform uses the wizard-driven approach to seamlessly build integration operations.

DXchange Integration Cloud has the following solution components:

  • Application and Data Integration: DX Cloud connects applications hosted on cloud or on-premises to transform and orchestrate the data required for business workflows. Some of the Enterprise Connectors are SAP, SAP Hybris, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce (API Integration, Push Topics, Platform Events), Oracle RDBMS, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreS, Amazon S3, Amazon SNS, Amazon, SQS, JIRA, Trello, Google Sheets, Asana, Google Analytics, Freshdesk.
  • B2B integration DX Cloud supports partner ecosystem enablement by integrating the business processes and the people with that of an enterprise. It provides secure delivery of files through multiple protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, AS2, Email) from enterprise applications to the partner system infrastructure. The platform supports routing, tracking, data cleansing, configuration, administration & exception handling.
  • EDI Gateway: DX EDI gateway provides reliability, visibility and extensibility to integrate EDI Systems with enterprise applications hosted on cloud and on-premises. It helps in automating EDI, XML, JSON, PDF, excel format files in one comprehensive unified solution.
  • DX Mapper: DX Cloud offers a one of a kind Cloud native data transformation platform for handling complex mapping scenarios. It comes with a no-code interface and supports drag and drop functionality to seamlessly map data from one format to another. It supports multiple structured (Relational Databases, XML, JSON, EDI, IDOC, CSV etc.) formats.

Customers can be up and running in a few hours with a very low TCO (total cost of ownership) with the Managed Cloud option. If it’s a private cloud installation, it’ll take 4-6 hours, as Infrastructure is spun up using IAAC (Infrastructure as a Code) approach, where the environment deployment is through Code and not a manual procedure.

DXchange Coupa Connector supports both API and Flat File Integrations, with support for Create, Read, Update and Delete operations of all Business Objects supported by Coupa, along with support for Custom fields, Tracking, Reprocessing of the Transactions from DXchange Platform.

Average time to create and deploy an Integration is < 5 mins for a medium complexity Integration, and around 30 mins for a Complex Integration.

Average number of transactions flowing through DXchange depends on the capacity of the Integration Runtime chosen by the Customer.
