He also manages the strategic partners in the region including card issuers, global transaction banks, and leading financial service providers. Prior to joining Coupa, he spent 14 years at SWIFT, holding various positions from executing Global Key Client Management responsibilities to leading the Go-to-Market activities around initiatives like SWIFT KYC and global multi-bank connectivity for Corporates.

Vanessa Cisz is a B2B storytelling professional with more than 15 years of experience in helping organizations convey the real value of their technology solutions. She holds degrees in creative writing as well as English and German literature.

Ulrika Haug is Head of Global Product Marketing for Coupa Pay. She is a B2B tech executive with over 10 years of experience leading marketing and product at Silicon Valley tech companies. She holds a BSE in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ariane Lindblom is Vice President, Product & Segment Marketing at Coupa Software focused on mid-sized and fast-growth business best practices at Coupa. She is passionate about helping organizations to spend smarter to fuel growth, innovation, and unparalleled success.

Abigail Myers-Antiaye is Coupa’s Senior Product Compliance Manager. After receiving her Law LLB (Hons) Degree from University of Nottingham, she studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University London in Holborn. For over five years, she has worked in Product Compliance with a specific focus on Invoicing and Global Indirect Tax Compliance, and has significant experience with helping companies understand and implement invoicing solutions in line with indirect tax rules.

Kelly Casey holds a B.A. from Arizona State University and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rajiv Ramachandran is the product executive responsible for the overall strategy, management and engineering of Coupa’s B2B payment platform — Coupa Pay. With over 20+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Rajiv has deep knowledge and experience on SaaS solutions, Cloud, and On-Premise based integrations of financial platforms and streamlining B2B payment experiences and processes across the enterprise. Over the last 4 years Rajiv has led the launch, the growth, and the adoption of Coupa Pay for all Coupa customers in one of Coupa’s most successful product launches. With an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business, Rajiv is also a constant innovator, looking to disrupt the B2B payments space, with multiple patent pending innovations against his name.

Armando Urias, VP Coupa - Southwest, is a seasoned software sales executive with a passion for driving real results. He has spent the majority of his career working with various Oil & Gas companies to enable business transformation, and currently resides in Houston, TX.

Tamir Shafer is responsible for strategically growing this segment of Coupa’s business. Tamir holds a BSc in Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY, and resides in Boca Raton, Florida.

Ravi Thakur has more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise software, holding executive level positions from support, development, professional services, operations, pre-sales, and more.

Adam Alphin is an experienced leader in building functional and technical components of business spend management (BSM) platforms. He has particular expertise in Payments, Early Pay Discount / SCF strategies, Procurement process improvement, Supplier enablement strategies, ERP and supplier integrations, and AP automation.

Rob Bernshteyn previously served as part of the executive management team at SuccessFactors (now part of SAP), running product marketing & management for this leader in HCM SaaS software. He also worked in product management at Siebel Systems, management consulting at McKinsey, and SAP systems integration consulting at Accenture. Bernshteyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from the University of New York at Albany.

Maggie Joy helps to develop Coupa's Expense software, which is focused on providing visibility and control, global compliance, and a delightful user experience to help companies ensure expense report accuracy, reduce spend leakages, and pay employees on time.

Markus Hornburg has more than 20 years' experience in Business Process Design, Change Management, Product Management and Business Consulting. Prior to Coupa, he held positions in compliance at Tungsten Corporation and SAP.
