The Admin track dives into the areas of Approvals, and Reporting. We will teach you how to get the most out of the application by providing new tips on ways to use approval chains. Transactional reporting and strategic reporting will round out the day with an overview of the Coupa reporting tools.
The AP track is for our industrious AP team members that manage all the invoices flowing through the system. This session is you! We will look at the overall invoice and compliance process and ways to help the processing teams. We will spend time talking about how we handle invoice disputes and credit notes.
The Buyer track looks at Contracts, and Supplier Management. We will look at how to leverage contracts and build approval chains for base contracts. Then we will examine how Contracts Lifecycle Management can expand your contracting options with collaboration both internally and externally. Ending the day we will spend time talking about suppliers, for example, the ongoing management of suppliers from onboarding to working with suppliers to move them to supplier-created invoices.
This 3 hour course will show both new and existing users how to get the best from both Artificial Intelligence Classification and Coupa Sourcing Optimization when they are used together to examine current spend and to take that spend, or parts of it to market. It will introduce features that the typical user may not know exist or they have not used before. By covering the latest navigation and functionality updates, as well as useful "tips and tricks', users will learn how to increase their efficiency in both Artificial Intelligence Classification and Coupa Sourcing Optimization and drive better results for their organizations. An introduction will also be made demonstrating the connections between Coupa Sourcing Optimization and the Contracts Lifecycle Management functionality of Coupa.
