Before joining CRH, he held a role in international Category Management dealing with different portfolios having different market complexity for IMI, an EMS working in the Automotive field. This helped understanding Operational and Strategical problematic procurement officers are facing.

Sébastien holds now at CRH the role of E-Sourcing Assistant Manager working on different E- Sourcing tools for different regions across the world. He is driven by a passion he developed working in CSO, helping Procurement leaders respecting the reality of the complexity of their tendering activities in their respective categories/markets.
