Wade Lyons

Wade is an experienced leader of global sourcing and procurement organizations. Through 25 years of driving global optimization and transformation, Wade has been responsible for building successful teams and strategies while delivering results through collaboration with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

As the VP of Global Procurement at Teleperformance, Wade is responsible for maximizing operational efficiencies while mitigating risk and managing spend to improve the financial and competitive position of Teleperformance. Wade's is currently overseeing digital transformation of the source-to-pay functions with a passion for leveraging intelligence to further increase the company's position as a global industry leader with 300,000 employees, spread across 80 countries.

Prior to joining Teleperformance, Wade held leadership roles with RadioShack, Boart Longyear, Novell, Caldera Systems and MMS America. Wade is a member of various advisory boards and has been a speaker for organizations such as; ISM, Corporate Executive Board; Procurement Strategy Council, ProcureCon and various local/regional professional organizations.
