Among the list of new features is support for multiple currencies and languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and UK English. In addition, the new release streamlines the expense reporting process for international business travelers. Travelers can submit their report in both local and foreign currency for better tracking. • Split Line Accounting – Coupa now enables users to intuitively assign multiple billing accounts to any particular line or transaction. These costs can be prorated at any point in the transaction – while making the Request, issuing the PO or upon receiving invoice from the supplier.
• Show Policies on Check Out – Coupa shows the policies relevant to purchases in-kine and upon checkout. Coupa identifies the policies covering each requisition and displays them at the top of your Cart on the checkout page.
