Non-profit Organizations Receive No-cost Usage of the Most Popular Cloud Spend Optimization Solution

SAN MATEO, Calif. – August 7, 2012 – On the heels of its 14th sequential quarter of record growth, Coupa Software, the fastest-growing provider of spend optimization software, today announced the “Coupa Gives Back” program. Each year, as part of the program, up to four select non-profit organizations will get no-cost usage of Coupa’s Cloud Spend Optimization product.

“We are all part of a greater community,” said Rob Bernshteyn, CEO of Coupa. “With this in mind, our new “Coupa Gives Back” program is our way of helping those organizations that are dedicated to making the world a better place. Coupa saves organizations up to 11 percent on their spend, so we’ll be able to help charities give back even more to their cause.”

Coupa encourages its current customers and partners (“product donation sponsors”) to nominate qualified applicants (“product donation nominees”) for the Program. Coupa will select one deserving non-profit organization per quarter, and the product donation sponsor will assist in implementing Coupa – with a license of 15 seats for one year – at the selected nominee’s organization.

To meet Coupa’s requirements, a sponsor must have a meaningful experience using Coupa’s Cloud Spend Management and be willing to act as the lead for training, adoption and usage of Coupa at the selected nominee’s organization. The sponsor can either conduct training or pay for Coupa’s Launch Pack, which includes a range of services, such as training options, one-on-one implementation and best practices consulting.

Nominees at non-profit organizations must have a relationship with the sponsor, such as serving as a volunteer or board member, and meet the following requirements:

• Be a recognized 501(c)(3) organization
• Be a U.S.-headquartered non-profit
• Not be an existing Coupa customer
• Have a non-political primary purpose
• Have non-discrimination policy
