Coupa Software Appoints Jason Hekl Vice President of Marketing

Industry Veteran to Expand Global Adoption of Coupa.com

San Mateo, Calif. - October 21, 2008 - Coupa Incorporated, the leading provider of web-based purchasing software for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the appointment of Jason Hekl as vice president of marketing. In this role, Jason will be responsible for all aspects of corporate and product marketing, including messaging, public relations, internal and external corporate communications, and demand generation.

With more than 10 years of experience managing marketing organizations in the enterprise software market, Jason will play a leading role in fulfilling Coupa’s mission to bring spend management and procurement to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States.

Before joining InQuira, Jason held positions in product management, alliances and sales at Siebel Systems and InSystems Technologies.
