CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT
Each of our customers has an associated Customer Success Manager (CSM) that will work with you to periodically monitor your Success Metrics and the status of your project. PREMIUM CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT
Some organizations may need a higher-touch experience. The premium experience lets your CSM spend more time with your team and provide a deeper level of service including a spend optimization roadmap, periodic detailed business review and regular success metric reviews. Your CSM helps you work towards the same goals as before, but is allotted more time to help keep you focused and trained. More Details >
TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Customers have the option to engage a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to have someone proactively review your workflows and configurations to make sure that you are taking the shortest path toward your goals. Several service levels are available to suit your business needs. More Details >
