Coupa Software Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of the Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

SAN MATEO, Calif., October 12, 2016 – Coupa Software Incorporated (“Coupa”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering and the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 1,110,000 shares of its common stock.

After the underwriters’ exercise of the option to purchase additional shares, a total of 8,510,000 shares were sold at the price to the public of $18.00 per share for a total of $153,180,000 in aggregate gross proceeds.
