Leagh Turner is CEO of Coupa and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Leagh oversees the end-to-end operations and strong execution that are fundamental to Coupa’s growth. Prior, Leagh served as co-CEO of Ceridian, which is now Dayforce.
Leagh has been a leader and innovator in the software industry for more than 20 years, previously serving in senior leadership roles at SAP and Oracle, and has twice been recognized by the Women’s Executive Network as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women.
Leagh is a member of the boards of directors at Manulife, a leading international financial services group, and Plan International Canada, a global not-for-profit that focuses on improving the lives of children around the world. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of women in leadership and a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workforce.
Alicia Allen is Chief Accounting and Financial Operations Officer and Interim CFO at Coupa. Allen is an accomplished leader in the field of international finance and accounting spanning a 28-year career.
Prior to Coupa, Alicia served as SVP, Global Controller & Chief Accounting Officer at Dynatrace. She played a pivotal role in guiding the company through a significant milestone—the transition from a private Thoma Bravo-owned entity to a publicly traded company. Her career also includes extensive experience in the automotive supply industry.
Alicia holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Michigan and is a licensed CPA.
Sameer Areff is Chief Transformation Officer at Coupa. Sameer is responsible for supporting critical cross-functional initiatives and innovative practices for the company focused on results that drive excellence throughout the business.
He brings more than a decade of experience leading business transformations and operations. His diverse leadership roles include time as the chief of staff to the co-CEO and senior vice president of global transformation and growth initiatives at Ceridian, which is now Dayforce. He’s also held operational executive roles at SAP and Accenture.
Kevin is Chief Marketing Officer at Coupa. He is responsible for building brand awareness, demand generation, and sales pipeline.
Kevin has a 25+ year proven track record of success in transforming and scaling leading private and public software companies. Prior to Coupa, he was the CMO at Blue Yonder, CommerceHub, Software AG, and Deltek.
Kevin is a metrics-driven, award-winning leader who has built high-performing teams and created leading brands, enabling these companies to achieve significant growth, IPOs, and strategic acquisitions. He has been named Marketing Executive of the Year by PR World News, and he and his teams have won numerous other industry awards and honors.
Salvatore “Salva” Lombardo is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Coupa. Lombardo leads Coupa’s innovation roadmap and is responsible for its vision, articulation, and execution.
Lombardo was previously Chief Product Officer for SAP Ariba, where he was responsible for leading its global product team, roadmap, engineering, and delivery.
Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Head of SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay & Order to Cash. Lombardo was instrumental in leading the development organization through SAP’s largest shift from on-premise to cloud, he harmonized and
built SAPs spend portfolio, and deployed the innovation roadmap at scale.
Over two decades at SAP, he held various product and development management roles across procurement, suppliers, logistics, warehouse, customer management, and custom projects. Lombardo holds a masters degree in business informatics and administration from the University of Mannheim.
Susan Tohyama is Chief Human Resources officer at Coupa. Susan is responsible for designing and driving the global people and culture strategy, including talent development, recruiting, diversity, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
Susan has more than 25+ years of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Coupa in 2023, Susan held leadership roles at some of the world’s best-known multinational-brands across six continents, including Ceridian, which is now Dayforce.
