AI enhancements include a more robust Navi Analytics Agent for faster decision making, the Navi Bid Evaluation Agent easily compares bids and evaluates supplier responses, the Navi Request Creation Agent converts unstructured attachments from a contract into actionable Service Requests, and new skills for the Navi Knowledge Agent to answer questions to simplify complex sourcing events (now seamlessly integrated into Coupa Sourcing Optimization).
Meet Coupa Card: Streamline, simplify, and spend smarter
Embedded within Coupa Pay, Coupa Card is a NEW virtual card solution designed for organizations seeking a seamless way to manage supplier payments and employee expenses — all within Coupa. Enjoy a faster application and onboarding experience, along with advanced capabilities built for comprehensive spend management, including Tap-to-Pay functionality via Apple Pay and Google Pay mobile wallets for payments on the go!
Coupa Card will have limited availability from September to December 2025 for a select set of customers. General availability is expected in January 2026. Currently available to U.S.-based entities only.
Optimize inventory management and working capital
Optimize stock management and strengthen supplier relationships with a Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) model. With Item 360 dashboards, suppliers gain real-time visibility into forecasts and inventory levels at buyer sites, allowing them to manage replenishment directly and reduce stockout risk for buyers. The solution also automatically tracks consignment inventory consumption for immediate invoicing without manual reconciliation, while enhanced ASN workflows and collaborative workbench tools help both sides coordinate faster to make smarter inventory decisions.
