The newly established system seamlessly automates end-to-end workflows—from upstream processes like sourcing estimates and purchase requisitions to downstream actions including ordering, receiving, and invoice matching. This integration has significantly automated and streamlined day-to-day operations. Uzabase is also currently leveraging Coupa’s advanced AI capabilities to unlock further efficiency gains. 

Future Outlook  

Moving forward, Uzabase will continue to drive procurement maturity by expanding system capabilities, strengthening its procurement organization, executing strategic sourcing, and leveraging data analytics.
