Rob Bernshteyn Departs Coupa; Charles Goodman Named Interim CEO

SAN MATEO, Calif., May 1, 2023 – Coupa Software, a leader in Business Spend Management (BSM), today announced that Rob Bernshteyn has departed the company after more than 14 years as CEO and Chairman.

Coupa also announced Charles Goodman as Coupa’s interim CEO, effective immediately. Goodman is Coupa’s board chairman and has more than 30 years of experience building profitable enterprise software businesses.
