Rob Bernshteyn is the Chief Executive Officer of Coupa, and drives the company’s strategy and execution. Rob has over two decades experience in the business software industry. He came to Coupa from SuccessFactors, where he ran Global Product Marketing & Management, as a member of the executive management team, as the company scaled from an early start up to a successful public company. Prior to that, Rob directed Product Management at Siebel Systems, where he helped build Siebel ERM into one of the company’s fastest growing product lines. Rob also did a stint in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, and spent four years at Accenture, where he focused on global SAP systems implementations.
Rob Bernshteyn is a guest lecturer at Harvard and Stanford business schools, and a frequent contributor to Forbes and Fortune magazines. He can often be heard providing commentary on major news channels including Bloomberg and NPR. Rob earned a BS in Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Todd is the CFO of Coupa, and oversees the company’s financial operations. Prior to Coupa, Todd served as CFO of MobileIron, where he led the company through a successful IPO in 2014, and was responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury activities, and investor relations. Todd was a Founding General Partner at Broken Arrow Venture Capital, where he invested in early-stage companies. He also previously served as CFO and President of Rackable Systems Inc. (now Silicon Graphics International Corp) where he led the start-up from $20 million in revenues to more than $350 million in revenues as a publicly traded company. Todd has also held various management and financial positions with several technology companies including Raster Graphics and Cadence Design Systems. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Todd currently sits on the Board of Directors for Performant Financial Corporation. Todd earned a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Steve is the Chief Revenue Officer at Coupa, where he drives the company’s strategy and execution on all revenue-connected aspects of the business. Steve has more than two decades of experience in the enterprise software industry.
He came to Coupa from Marketo, where he ran the Worldwide Field Operations as Executive Vice President. Prior to that, Steve held several global leadership roles during his nine years at SAP, including global leader of SAP’s Emerging Solutions organization, Managing Director, United Kingdom and Ireland, Chief Operating Officer for SAP North America and Executive Vice President of Sales North America.
Steve currently sits on the Board of Directors for Ziosk. He was founding partner of Sagebrook Technology Partners, where he focused on investment portfolio management, technology acquisitions and organizational development. Winter earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

Chandar Pattabhiram is a seasoned marketing executive who brings to Coupa more than 23 years of experience in both fast-paced and large technology companies including Marketo, IBM, Badgeville, Cast Iron Systems, Jamcracker, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Prior to joining Coupa, Pattabhiram recently was CMO at Marketo where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and in charge of positioning Marketo as the digital marketing industry’s innovation leader and the best solution for high-growth and enterprise businesses. Previously, Pattabhiram was head of worldwide marketing for Badgeville where he was part of the team that won multiple industry awards for innovative storytelling including the Best Platform-as-a-Service for 2013. Prior to that, Pattabhiram was vice president at IBM Cast Iron Systems where he was responsible for all product marketing and channel marketing efforts. In 2010, IBM acquired Cast Iron as a centerpiece of its Cloud strategy.
Pattabhiram also spent years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 companies in the high-tech, retail, and oil and gas industries. He has authored and has been quoted in more than 1000 articles and is a frequent keynote speaker at leading software industry events. In June 2017, he was named by LinkedIn as one of the top 5 CMOs in the world to follow for thought-leadership in the digital marketing domain.
Pattabhiram earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from PSG College of Technology and a M.S. in management from the University of Texas. He is a Strategic Board Advisor to Gainsight and LendingUSA and is on the Board of Directors for BlueShift, an AI platform for customer engagement.
