Earth month in action: The power of community

Throughout April, Coupa employees supported their local communities through collective, hands-on volunteering. From tree-planting drives in Hyderabad, Pune, and Dublin to a beach cleanup in Chicago, our teams showed up in force. To amplify our impact, Coupa matched every volunteer hour with a $25 donation to the World Wildlife Fund, supporting global conservation efforts.

• Decarbonizing the Supply Chain: With Coupa’s Supply Chain Design & Planning, our customers gain visibility into their supply chain and reduce their environmental footprint. Using advanced modeling capabilities, they can design and execute more efficient transportation routes so businesses can move beyond reporting and start actively decreasing emissions across their logistics operations.
• Greening Our Workplaces: Coupa is currently procuring 100% renewable electricity across our global offices as we continue on our path towards net-zero emissions by FY41. Our commitment to waste management includes recycling programs in 100% of our offices and composting in 57%. To further support a healthy environment, 71% of workspaces now feature living walls to provide natural insulation and improve air quality for our employees.
• Optimizing Cloud Data Center Operations: Efficiency starts at the core of our platform. Coupa teams strive to ensure that every cloud resource provisioned delivers measurable business value. Through continuous cost monitoring, workload right-sizing, and the elimination of idle or redundant infrastructure, we reduce wasteful spend and improve unit economics across the platform. By consolidating our cloud footprint, we lower both operational costs and carbon emissions tied to our infrastructure — helping Coupa and our customers meet their sustainability commitments without sacrificing performance or reliability.
• Embedding Climate Resiliency into Our Strategy: We continue to evolve our sustainability programs to shift towards a lower-carbon economy including conducting our first Climate Risk Scenario assessment. This cross-functional effort modeled the potential financial impact on climate-related risks and opportunities, providing the data-driven insights we need to build long-term resilience throughout our operations. Results of the assessment will be incorporated into our FY26 Sustainability Report launching in July 2026.
