Unintentional bias
To foster inclusivity and build our welcoming and diverse culture, we offer several skillbuilding opportunities around unintentional bias. We recently hosted workshops for over 50 employees in senior leadership roles to learn how to identify and mitigate subtle biases that impact decision-making and workplace culture.

We are committed to a yearly pay equity analysis to identify any disparities related to gender or race — or both — and address those gaps to ensure equitable pay outcomes for every employee.
