Unintentional bias
To foster inclusivity and build our culture, we offer several skill-building opportunities around unintentional bias. We recently hosted workshops for over 50 employees in senior leadership roles to learn how to identify and mitigate subtle biases that impact decision-making and workplace culture.

Organizational pay equity
We are committed to a yearly pay equity analysis to identify any disparities related to gender or race — or both — and address those gaps to ensure equitable pay outcomes for every employee.
