Award Winning Journalist Robert Peston to Keynote Coupa Inspire'18 in London

Leading business and political journalist to speak at flagship event

SAN MATEO, CA October 22, 2018 Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP), a leader in business spend management (BSM), today announced that leading British business and political journalist Robert Peston will keynote at its Inspire'18 conference in London, following the opening keynote by Coupa CEO Rob Bernshteyn on November 7, 2018, at the O2 Intercontinental Hotel, London.

Peston will deliver an informative and powerful message about global political and economic trends as well as current events, including potential implications of Brexit and its impact on European businesses. He’ll encourage the more than 800 procurement and finance leaders in attendance to come together and take this opportunity to lead their organisations through the changes presented by Brexit. Having previously served as business editor and economics editor for BBC News (2006–2015), Peston was also a senior journalist at the Financial Times and The Sunday Telegraph and now serves as a TV political editor and host. He is a recognized authority on UK politics, business, and the economy. Peston has earned significant accolades, including the Harold Wincott Senior Financial Journalist of the Year Award (2005), the Royal Television Society's ‘Specialist Journalist of the Year’, ‘Television Journalist of the Year’, and ‘Scoop of the Year’ awards (2008), and an honorary doctorate from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
