- Kimberly-Clark: Deployed Coupa globally across 35,000+ employees and 90% of suppliers, managing $14.0B in PO spend, $8.5B in invoicing, and executing 17,000+ sourcing optimization events to date, while expanding direct spend capabilities with CSO and SCDP.

The Glencore team has transacted $25B+ in spend since 2018 ($9B in the last 12 months) across 27 currencies, with leading business units achieving up to 96% on-contract purchases, 100% electronic invoicing, 98% first-time match, and 88% on-catalog purchasing.
Supply Chain AI Transformation Winner
- Tyson Foods: Used AI‑driven scenario modeling to improve supply chain decision‑making, streamline the logistics network, and drive meaningful reductions in overall logistics costs.
Regional Winners
- NA | Ping Identity:Leveraged AI-driven solutions including SpendGuard, InvoiceSmash, and Navi, enabling end-to-end Source to Pay automation that will support a 2x output from the Business Services function.
- EMEA | Rolls-Royce plc: Standardized procurement globally, managing about $4B in annual spend and achieving more than 80% on-contract coverage.
- APAC | Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd: Implemented Coupa across 141 companies in 30 countries, using Coupa AI to analyze more than 100,000 transactions monthly and reduce indirect spend by 6.9%.
- LATAM | XP Inc: Transformed procurement into a strategic growth driver, managing 99% of addressable spend while the business scaled dozens of times over, without increasing non-headcount operating expenses.
Societal Impact Winner
- Neighborhood Healthcare: Enhanced financial visibility and working capital management, generating $500K in rebates and early payment discounts and reinvesting savings to expand patient services and community impact.
