The health and safety of our employees and guests is our first priority. Therefore, prior to deciding whether to attend this event each day, please review the following information:

As government requirements and responses are changing quickly, please review this site to ensure that you are attending Inspire and not putting yourself and other participants in harms way after potential COVID exposure in the days leading up to the event.

If you have been exposed to COVID and/or have symptoms, please refer to the "When to Stay Home" guidelines to determine if you should attend.

By attending, you represent that you are complying with the CDC guidelines and you acknowledge your awareness and acceptance of the risks associated with attending an event during the ongoing pandemic. You also specifically acknowledge and understand that you are voluntarily choosing to attend and that you will comply with our safety protocols.

REQUIRED: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
Coupa Inspire Americas attendees must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to pick up your badge.
Full vaccination shall be determined by CDC guidelines, as in effect at the time of the conference.
Attendees must be fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO). A list of approved vaccines can be found here. 
Once you have provided your proof of vaccination and picked up your badge, you will not need to verify your vaccination status again.
