Administrators can now generate a graphical display of the company’s approval hierarchy from within Coupa, making it easier to map approval processes across the organization. The Feb 09 release also adds commenting to requisitions from within the approval notification and flow, improving the audit trail on business purchases. Plus, Coupa users can now create requisitions on behalf of other users; and managers can review and approve requisitions through email and mobile devices without even logging into the system.
  • Customize their purchase orders. The Feb 09 release includes a new, improved and fully customizable standard purchase order format. Coupa customers can easily customize the look and feel of their purchase orders, and send them to suppliers in HTML format.
