With more than 20 years in the supply chain industry, Dr. Durbha has broad experience in strategy & process consulting, supply chain software, program management, software application development & deployment, machine learning and data science. He received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Florida and his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.

John Callan is responsible for product marketing and go-to-market strategies for the Coupa Spend Management platform. John earned his Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a dual degree in Engineering and Mathematics from University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Joe Henderson is Principal, Value Solutions Consultant at Coupa. He is a subject matter expert in the Supply Chain Design and Planning practice and consults with partner firms on unique ways to leverage emerging technology and process trends for value creation. Ryan Flynn is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Supply Management & Digital Procurement practice. He has 17+ years of experience guiding global retail and consumer products companies through technology-enabled procurement transformations to deliver bottom-line cost savings. He leads Deloitte’s Global CPO Survey, as well as the firm’s Third Party Management practice.

Ryan is a Supply Chain leader with 14+ years of experience at the intersection of global public health, supply chains, sustainability and technology.

He has consulted on supply chain design in over 30 countries across six continents and myriad industries including customers in the commercial and public sectors, as well as the US Department of Defense. In the public health domain, he has advised the WHO, The Global Fund, World Bank, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, amongst other international organizations on programs ranging from HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, Maternal and Child Health, Family Planning, Malaria Prevention, and COVID-19 vaccination. Ryan completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Industrial & Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and is an En-ROADS Climate Ambassador.
