Matthias Deschner is Consulting Director and oversees implementation and process consulting projects in multinational groups with a focus on centralized cash management, netting and risk management. Matthias has over 15 years’ experience in treasury. Having trained as a banker/business administration specialist, he worked as Head of Accounting for an internationally active family business before joining BELLIN in 2009.

Michael Juen serves as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Managing Director at BELLIN. He is responsible for business operations in the areas of Consulting & Implementation, Customer Advisory as well as Customer & Application Support. Driven by the desire to create success for the BELLIN clients, he ensures that all his departments work together to maximum effect.

Michael boasts close to 25 years of combined treasury experience, highlighted by 20 years as partner and shareholder of Schwabe, Ley & Greiner, where his focus was on the implementation of TMS and consultation of cash management, liquidity planning and risk management.

Michael wears black and red when SC Freiburg are in town but embraces his Austrian roots. With one foot in both countries, Michael spends his free time at his Vienna home with his family or hitting the ski-slopes of the Austrian Alps.

Matthias Deschner is Consulting Director and oversees implementation and process consulting projects in multinational groups with a focus on centralized cash management, netting and risk management. Matthias has over 15 years’ experience in treasury. Having trained as a banker/business administration specialist, he worked as Head of Accounting for an internationally active family business before joining BELLIN in 2009.

As Consulting Director, Alexander Schächtele is responsible for the implementation and consulting projects of multiple multinational corporates of different sizes. He holds a degree in Economics from Freiburg University and is a Certified Corporate Treasurer (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management). Before joining BELLIN in 2011, Alexander worked as a corporate tax and accounting specialist.

Martin Bellin is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the BELLIN Group, which he founded in 1998. As head of the group, Martin has had the privilege of helping treasurers face challenges in treasury for 20+ years. Today, the group stands for leading and innovative FinTech and treasury solutions as a reliable partner for businesses, banks and other financial players. Martin has been recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” on several occasions.
Prior to founding BELLIN, Martin lead the treasury department at SICK AG where he launched a global treasury operation and implemented cross-border cash pooling, multilateral netting, and a global hedging program in just two years. Before SICK, Martin was a treasury analyst for Metallgesellschaft AG.
Martin holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim.

Rüdiger Schlecht joined BELLIN in 2005. In charge of system consulting, user training and process consulting for over ten years, he is now Head of the newly formed “Customer Advisory” section. He worked for the Deutsche Bank AG corporate finance division and as Head of Treasury of a publicly traded software company for many years and brings immense treasury know-how to the job.
